Google is offering to many Add-on for this , u can choose any one of them , or may see Below step by step to How To turn your Google Spreadsheet in Mobile App

So lets do it.

1. You have to Download a Google Add-On which Name As AppSheet or Download it From (click here) , it may Ask for Login , So login from your gmail.....

Click on Install , it may Take Some Time and added as add-on 

2. Open Your Google Sheet/Spreadsheet

Go to Your Add-on Ribbon < Click on Add-On , then < Click on Appsheet  < Click on Launch

3. As u Click on Launch , a New Tab Will open 

 

in New Tab , Contain the information about your App ,u Can  name that app or may Change to show row and column ,  added other source as well , u can also added edit or Read only option to the app viewers , make Changes according to your Preference

4. After Making all necessary Changes u will have to Save the App 

by click on < Save Botton on the Right Top corner of the tab

You just to have Share the App Link which u can take from  Share App Option on Left Side..
